What is the patient development group?
It is a group of patients who volunteer to get involved in discussions about services currently provided by the surgery and in the
development of new services.

We want to ensure that the people who use our services are able to have their say.  Your opinion matters to us, the people who use the
services are the best people to tell us what works & what improvements we could make.

How can I join the patient development group?
Contact the surgery, either at reception or on the contact us page and let us know you would like to join.

What will I have to do?
We will occasionally send you surveys asking for your feedback or ideas. We will also meet to discuss the survey responses.  The feedback we ask you will only take up a few moments of your time and there is no commitment, you can do as much or as little as you like.
